Eligibility for Refunds We offer refunds under the following conditions: * The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase. * The user has not exceeded the tool usage limit associated with their subscription plan. * There is a valid reason such as technical issues, platform failure, or accidental purchase. Refunds are not applicable to: * Monthly subscriptions that have been partially used * AI-generated content or services consumed beyond the allowable quota * One-time purchases of Credits, templates, voice packs, or custom content 📋 2. Request Procedure To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@omniailabs.com with the following: * Your registered email address * Purchase date and transaction ID * Brief explanation of the issue We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days. đŸ’ŗ 3. Refund Method Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or card used).
